Outbound Training (OBT) is designed to improve student’s management skills and realize the value of corporate culture and leadership.  OBT is considered as an asset over other training methods as a new game changer in the field of Training and Development and as a positive tool of simulation. OBT has become a facilitator or rather than a trainer in outbound training mechanism.
