Yoga is a historic method for improving one’s personality by cultivating a mind-body connection. For our future managers, it is an effective way to teach them on how to overcome stress when it invades their managerial lives. Yoga sessions at NBS were found to increase levels of relaxation, greater perspective of their campus lives, more focus, and feelings of empowerment. As a result, NBS offers sessions on awareness of Yoga philosophy as well as practice sessions to enable students to discover these life-enriching benefits.  Yoga day is also celebrated at NBS campus every year.
