Mr. Sabu Varghese has approximately 20 years of industry experience and 18 years in academics. His accomplished management career reflects over a decade of operational leadership and organizational development. Mr. Varghese has pioneered numerous training and development programs, focusing on supervisory skills and organizational effectiveness. His innovative approaches have significantly enhanced employee capabilities and organizational performance. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and the Director of the Information Technology and Human Resource Development department, he has been instrumental in shaping the academic and administrative strategies within the institution. A sought-after resource person, Mr. Varghese has delivered expert training and development sessions, sharing his extensive knowledge with a broad audience. His initiatives in these areas have been recognized at various forums.
