Dr. Jacob P M is a visionary leader and an academician par excellence who is heading NBS, since 2015.  He holds a  Masters in Science in Psychology from Assumption University of Thailand, MBA and Phd (Human Resources Management) from Annamalai University. Before joining academics, he worked as Sales Manager with GSK, Mumbai for 2 decades. He has also worked with B Schools nurtured and improved existing collaborations, enhanced two-way students’ exchange, faculty exchange and research collaborations.He has been a consultant for NAAC Accreditations with various colleges, and a trainer in colleges as well as corporates
